Chris is a great guy and has always responded in an emergency. Great service, friendly attitude and offers the right price for the job.

I’m a Western Suburbs resident and Koala Plumbing was Super Prompt, efficient and helpful. Fixed a previous plumbers mistake with no hassle then fitted my water dispensing fridge. Quick, clean and inexpensive! Highly recommend! KH

Efficient service for hws internal to external. Thank you for the excellent work

Had the Vortex F3 fitted by Koala Plumbing a few months ago and wanted to give it a go before commenting, although i noticed the difference from the very first shower!!..the filtration has made a HUGE difference to our household, and i believe contributed to improving my eczema condition..i'm now using much less steroid cream/ointments..mostly just moisturiser after shower and throughout the day .. it's also given us a lot more confidence with what comes out of the tap for drinking and cooking as well. Chris provides excellent service at a reasonable cost, having installed the water filter system, and replaced our hot water system. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Koala Plumbing for any plumbing needs

Chris installed a new hot water service quickly for a fair price on the same day.

Chris was a great help coming and installing x2 new toilets for us. Highly recommending him to my family and friends for our new future plumber. Helpful, friendly, honest and punctual. Completed work super efficiently and new toilet instal is awesome.👍

Chris came out today to install/replace evaporative air conditioner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Installed in a couple of hours, great job. Ready for summer ☀️ Reasonable price with no hidden cost's. Would 100% recommend. Thanks Chris

My hot water service gave up the ghost. Called Chris first thing in the morning. He showed up around lunch time that same day when he said he would and had the unit replaced within a couple of hours. He also fixed some taps whilst he was there. Friendly fella who I would happily recommend.

Had a blocked toilet due to a cap being flushed down. Rang and they were here in 45 minutes and finished within 30 minutes. Good price too. Appreciate it.

I called Chris at 3:40pm on a Friday afternoon as I had an emergency leaking and blocked toilet. He arrived less than an hour later. He completed the job professionally, efficiently and went above and beyond. The job was a lot more difficult than first expected due to the build of my house, but Chris made sure he got the job done and to a high standard. Excellent pricing and no call out fee. Will definitely be using Koala Plumbing for future services. Thank you Chris ☺️

Very professional and straight to the point, very happy with his work! Definitely recommend fii più r any plumbing jobs around the house!

Chris was a great help solved our issue fast and at a great price. Highly recommend for anything you need.

Chris was brilliant, came out on a Saturday morning, called before arriving to check. We had an undiagnosed bathroom leak causing damage in another room. Chris went right through until he found the problem. Super courteous, great technical skill, really good guy. Absolute pleasure dealing with a professional.

Chris upgraded our 2 toilets. He was prompt, very fair with his pricing, and his workmanship is of professional quality

Chris from Koala Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived on time on a Saturday, removed our old water heater, and installed the new one efficiently with great workmanship. Being based in Cheltenham was also very convenient for us, as he was local and able to respond promptly. He was professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was complete. I was very happy with the quality of his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and Koala Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Chris was on time and had my drain unblocked within an hour, highly recommend using koala plumbing

I have contacted Chris a few times now. He always gives you the time of day, returns your call, and even follows up after. Today, Chris came out on the way to another job. He sourced the problem, called SA Water, and all at no charge. Who does that these days??!! Legend.

Can get the job done right and is a good communicator, is respectful and has a nice chilled out demeanor.

Fantastic plumber! Easy-going, professional, turned up when he said he would, and got the job done without any fuss. He even cleaned up after himself — which was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend if you're after great workmanship and someone who's a pleasure to deal with.

Chris was outstanding in his communications leading up to the plumbing work required in the apartment that I am renting in the city. He was able to accommodate my work hours and conducted work required in the evening. I would highly recommend Chris for plumbing work in the Adelaide region.

We had Christopher from Koala Plumbing come out to change out various taps etc.. at my elderly mothers home last week. A true professional, both his work and service is second to none. He listened to my mother’s issues and just simply fixed them. A very kind and polite young man, highly recommend. Will use again

Chris worked his wonders with my bathroom and laundry replacing both the vanity and trough. From quoting to buying the units to installing was efficiently quick. Would thoroughly recommend and super reliable.

Chris from Koala Plumbing was collaborative and provided a the best price on my quote we found. When the job was bigger than expected, there wasn’t any discussion of charging more and no complaints, even though it would have been warranted to whinge a little.

Chris was prompt with communication in organising the job, arrived on time, figured out how our house drain was set up and got the job sorted in no time at all. I'm happy to recommend Chris at Koala plumbing and will use them in the future.

Great service, timely and efficient. Highly recommend Chris!
